Winstar guides and advises foreign dentists to find work, registration in the BIG register, housing, insurance, administration and all other necessary steps to be prepared to work in the Netherlands.

Winstar find Dental practices who need dentists to support their practice and their patients to provide dentistry. We also look for dentists who want to work in the Netherlands. The dentist and the practice need to cooperate together. We appreciate a pleasant durable cooperation between the dentist and the practice.
There are opportunities to work with only one practice or with several dental practices. This means for example, Monday and Tuesday in one practice and Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in another practice. If circumstances cause them, the possibility exists to easily exchange practices.

Big registration
Winstar provide support for registration in the BIG-register, wich is required to work legally and officially as a dentist in the Netherlands. Winstar is helpful with the legalization of specific qualifications, such as orthodontics.

Dental practices
In the Netherlands there are about 6000 dental practices with one or more dentists. Often group practices also provide specialized work such as orthodontics, periodontics, endodontics and implantology. Beside that, there are special children-dentists and dentists who have specialised in treating very anxious patients.

Financial options
In the Netherlands the average turnover a day for a dentist is about € 1.000, - to 1.500.-
Costs for dental materials are not included in this turnover. A dentist practice in the Netherlands is not allowed to make a profit on the supply of dental materials.

Part Time / Full Time
A full-time job is equally to 40 hours work in a week. We will always try to organise 40 hours work a week. Optionally, these hours can be distributed in several dental practices. We try to organise these practices not far from each other. It is also possible to work part-time.

Coöperate with Winstar
Winstar is active with the intermediation of (foreign) dentists and established dental practices in the Netherlands. We does not charge fee to the dentists working by us. Our profit is paid by the practices where the dentists are working. Winstar will give you a contract, we guarantee the payment, and we help you finding a house. We will help as much as possible with all kinds of questions.

Language courses
Winstar will help you with a Dutch language course that fits in your language level and is provided near the dental practice where you work.

Housing
Winstar will be helpful in arranging housing within a reasonable distance of your workplace. The choice of your accommodation depends on the workplace and individual needs.

Winstar is located in Purmerend. You can visit us, but you can also contact us by phone, Skype and / or mail. You can also visit us here. Our people can answer all questions about the Netherlands. We have wide experience in working with foreign workers and their families. We have a network of people who can help with all common questions.
